Australia Wide Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated via Australia Post with live rates. All Australian orders over AUD$100 receive free shipping(Regular Post). For all orders under $100, you have the option to choose either Auspost Express or Auspost Regular which are charged at flat rate, ie $7 Regular or $11.50 Express.

International Shipping

All orders to Asia over AUD$150 receive free shipping, All other international orders receive free shipping over AUD$220. Orders under the free shipping theshold are calculated using live shipping rates from Australia Post. You have the option to choose Express International or Regular International. Shipping times vary greatly depending on the destination country. Please contact us for more detail.

How to find shipping costs

If you need a shipping cost, add your item to the cart and click "calculate shipping". We ship same business day, before 3pm - We will contact you if there is any problems or expected delays with your order. For now we offer international shipping to the following destination:

Shipping Process

Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a status update informing you of the change, and then you will be able to track your item(s), with the supplied tracking number.

Returns Policy

60 Days return policy. Whether you decide to change your mind, just dont like it or doesn't suit your needs. Return your item to us in original condition, within 60 days, no questions asked. We will happily give you store credit or a refund - you decide.

On return of your item we will process either the store credit or refund same business day. Due to banks clearing funds at varying times this can take up to 2-weeks to be processed by your bank. PayPal is the exception where refunds are instant. Once we have processed your refund, an email notification will be sent to you confirming the process.

How do I return my item?

Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
